WARNING: When using the website, the user undertakes to agree to all provisions in the general terms and conditions of use of the contents of the jopr-logistics.si website listed below.

By visiting the website or subscribing to the newsletter, the user agrees to the general terms of use. If the user does not agree to the general terms of use, it is not possible to use the website or subscribe to the newsletter or fill out forms on the site.

  1. General provisions

The general terms of use (hereinafter: terms of use) of the website jopr-logistics.si (hereinafter: website) refer to the terms of use of the content on the website. They represent a legally valid and binding agreement between JoPr Logistics, prevozništvo in transport, d.o.o., Spodnje Brezovo 9, 1294 Višnja Gora (hereinafter: provider), and any person who visits the website and/or uses the website in any way (hereinafter: user).

The Provider reserves the right to change and/or delete any part of the website without prior notice. The Provider, in order to provide the user with the best possible experience, ensures that the website is constantly updated. The user is aware of and agrees that the form and nature of the website may change from time to time without prior notice to the user.

  1. Website accessibility

The websites are generally accessible 24 hours a day. The provider reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the websites for technical reasons. The provider also reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the websites in cases related to maintenance work and/or equipment replacement. The provider does not guarantee access to the websites in cases of outages in the networks of Internet connection providers or any outages, errors and/or other technical disruptions or interruptions resulting from the failure of third parties (internet connection failure, power failure, etc.) and in cases of force majeure.

The provider reserves the right to deny access to the website to users who violate the terms of use or general terms and conditions. If the user causes any damage to the provider through his/her actions, he/she shall be fully morally, materially and criminally liable for it. Any violations of the terms of use and/or general terms and conditions by other users can be reported to the e-mail address info(at)jopr-logistics.si.

  1. Changes and amendments to the general terms and conditions of use

In the event of changes in regulations governing the operation of websites, data protection and other areas related to the operation of the provider's website, and in the event of changes to its own business policy, the provider may amend and/or supplement these terms of use, of which it will each time inform users in an appropriate manner, which includes in particular notification via the website jopr-logistics.si or via e-mail, especially if the changes relate to a change in the personal data protection policy. Any changes and/or amendments to the Terms of Use shall enter into force and apply upon the expiry of a period of eight days from the publication of the changes and/or amendments. If a change and/or amendment to the General Terms and Conditions is necessary to comply with regulations, these changes and/or amendments may exceptionally enter into force and apply in a shorter period.

A user who does not agree with the changes and/or amendments to these terms of use must cancel their registration or stop using the services, content and anything else from the website within eight days of the publication of the notice of change and/or amendment to the terms of use, otherwise, after the expiry of this period, it is deemed and no evidence to the contrary is admissible that the user accepts the changes and/or amendments to the terms of use. Cancellation of registration is done by the user notifying the provider of the cancellation in writing. Cancellation of use is considered to mean that the user no longer uses the provider's website in any way.

The General Terms and Conditions were adopted by the director of the provider in Spodnje Brezovo on July 10, 2026.
