General

The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users. The provider will use the collected personal data exclusively for the provision of the services it offers. The provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users, and will therefore do everything necessary to protect them from any violations and abuses. Users' personal data is one of the areas to which the provider pays extreme care and attention, as it is aware of the sensitive nature of this area.

Use of personal data

For the purposes of providing the services it offers, the provider collects, manages, processes and stores a maximum of the following user data:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms on websites;
• other data that the user voluntarily adds later in their profile (if the website allows this functionality).

The provider is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by users.

Purposes of processing personal data

The provider will process personal data for the following purposes:

• To communicate with the user regarding submitted product inquiries or in case of user questions. For this purpose, the provider will store personal data for as long as it is necessary for communication with the customer.
• To send occasional e-newsletters about current events and offers, promotional offers and other matters that may be of interest to the user. The provider will store personal data for these purposes only with the user's explicit and unambiguous prior consent. Personal data will be stored until the user cancels the request, which the user can provide by sending a message to the e-mail address info@jopr-logistics.si.

User rights

The user may request at any time:

• Unsubscribe from receiving e-newsletters (if any) by clicking on the link in the received e-mail. After unsubscribing, the provider will delete the data unless it is needed for other purposes to which the user has previously agreed or the provider stores it on the basis of other legal bases.
• Correction of your personal data by sending a written request to the address info@jopr-logistics.si.
• Permanent deletion of personal data stored and/or processed by the provider by sending a written request to the address info@jopr-logistics.si.
• Export and access to personal data stored and/or processed by the provider by submitting a written request to the address info@jopr-logistics.si.

Statement on the protection of personal data and user privacy

The provider is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its websites in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The provider will not, under any circumstances, without the express permission of the user, forward the user's personal or other data to a third party or will not allow a third party to view the user's personal or other data, except:

• to contractual processors who provide support for the processing of personal data for the controller for individual purposes for which consent was given,
• if the state authorities requested it of him,
• if such an obligation is stipulated by law,
• or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of the provider.

All personal and other data that the user will provide when registering on the website, as well as when ordering the purchase of products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The provider will not use this data for any purpose that would harm the user or any other person involved, except for purposes that the user explicitly and unambiguously permits in advance. The provider will not use the user's data to send promotional e-mails or other unsolicited promotional material, except for sending those promotional notifications to which the user will subscribe or with which he will agree in advance. The provider may use the data in an anonymized summary form for the purposes of statistical analysis. The confidentiality of the user's personal and other data will not be violated in any way.

The provider will only entrust the delivery service (e.g. Pošta Slovenije, DHL, UPS, etc.) with the data necessary for the delivery of the purchased products on the website (online store) (recipient information and delivery address). The provider will contact the user via e-mail if this is necessary to make a purchase on the website (online store), and via the contact telephone number only if there are problems during the registration process or purchase on the website (online store).

Privacy Policy Implementation

All persons employed by the provider on a regular or part-time basis who have access to personal and other data of users are informed of the obligation to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the website (online store). The obligation to protect personal and other data is valid for an unlimited period of time, even after the termination of the relationship with the provider.

Registered users may stop using the website (online store) at any time and may cancel their registration. They do this by notifying the provider of the cancellation of registration in writing. Before submitting a statement of cancellation of registration, the user must settle all outstanding obligations to the provider from purchases made on the website (online store). The provider will protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users within the framework of this privacy policy even in the event of cancellation of registration.
